Rosen Event March 12

In its first weeks, the Trump Administration has issued executive orders, taken actions, and made statements that raise serious constitutional questions. Among these include: a refusal to spend money appropriated by Congress; a novel reading of the Birthright Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment; suggestions it may refuse to follow court orders that constrain executive authority. Some have suggested we are in the midst of a constitutional crisis. Professors Rosen, Schmidt and Shapiro will try to make sense of current events and their potential implications for the future of constitutional law. Bring your questions!
