Description

This class covers three topics in roughly equal measure: risk regulation, the Clean Air Act and climate change, and sustainability. The course transverses statutory law, regulation, local land use law, and international law and norms with a focus on rational policymaking and design of environmental legal institutions. Environmental Law and Policy 1 is not a prerequisite; no special background in environmental law or prerequisites are required. (revised 10/09/2012)
