Section 81 Information
Description
Pass/fail not available. Students will work with Prof. Smith-Drelich on Thunderhawk v. County of Morton, an ongoing case involving the closure of the primary highway connecting the Standing Rock reservation with Bismarck at the height of the Standing Rock-led movement opposing the construction of the Dakota Access pipeline. This course will count toward the experiential course requirement.
