You(th) Decide is a forum for high school students facilitated by Constitutional Democracy Project staff and the Institute on the Supreme Court of the United States (ISCOTUS), You(th) Decide asks students to study a pending case before the Court and to convene for a day of deliberation with peers, law students, and law professors.
