Paul Rogerson joined the Chicago-Kent College of Law as a Visiting Assistant Professor in fall 2023. Before that, he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Posner, and practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP and Durie Tangri LLP. His primary research interest is the history of patent law. He is also interested in antitrust law, civil procedure, and administrative law.
