Prof. Nancy Kim giving Allens Hub Annual Lecture
Chicago-Kent professor and Michael Paul Galvin Chair in Entrepreneurship and Applied Legal Technology Nancy Kim will be delivering the Allens Hub Annual Lecture at the University of New South Wales in Australia on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
Her lecture, titled "TOS as Terms of Surrender," deals with Terms of Service and the advantage that they give to companies that exist primarily online and allow them to wield enormous power.
