Throughout the year, the Office of Admissions receives notices of scholarships that are offered through external organizations. Information about the scholarship awards that are currently available is listed below. Award notices are listed in the order in which they were received.

New! Diversity Scholarship Foundation 

Multiple Scholarship opportunities. Application Deadline: October 23, 2026

The Diversity Scholarship Foundation seeks to finally assist underprivileged and under-represented minorities in attending law school by offering them scholarships. The Foundation also provides financial support to programs and initiatives of various bar associations that are consistent with its mission of diversifying the legal community.  Interested students can learn more and apply via the following page: Diversity Scholarship Foundation.
 

New! Chapman and Cutler LLP Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Scholarship

Application Deadline: January 3, 2027

As part of their commitment to inclusion, Chapman and Cutler LLP is pleased to offer the ninth annual Chapman and Cutler LLP Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Scholarship. The recipient of the award will receive a $10,000 scholarship (less any applicable withholdings and taxes) to be used to cover law school expenses.

If you have been awarded a Chicago-Kent scholarship for the 2026–27 academic year, please refer to the scholarship policies from the current Student Handbook for important information concerning your award.
