Important Dates and Deadlines for Graduating Students - CLASS OF 2026

January 30	Deadline to apply for graduation
March 11-13	First composite photo sessions—all photos will take place from 10 am – 6 pm in room 760 Sign up online by March 9, 2026.
TBD	Final Composite Photo Session If you were not able to take your composite photo in the Fall or in March. This is the last opportunity to have your composite photo taken.
April 20	Deadline to order regalia. Find information and place your order on the Reglia page. Late orders will incur additional fees and potentially not arrive in time for commencement.
April 29	Grad Fest Stop by Grad Fest in the lobby from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to pick up your commencement tickets and a gift from the alumni association.
May 16	Illinois Tech Commencement Opening Ceremony at Credit Union 1 Arena. This is a ticketed event. Please contact ckcommencement@illinoistech.edu to request tickets.
May 17	2026 Chicago-Kent Commencement Ceremony will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, beginning at 2:30 p.m. at the Isadore & Sadie Dorin Forum - UIC Forum.
