Ticket Information

Each graduate will be allocated at least SIX tickets to Commencement. Additional tickets may be requested via the Additional Ticket Request Form by Friday, April 18, 2025—additional ticket requests will be approved as availability allows. All tickets will be distributed at Grad Fest, in the Chicago-Kent lobby from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. You MUST pick up your Commencement tickets this day or designate someone to pick them up for you by emailing ckcommencement@kentlaw.iit.edu with their full name.

• Graduates do not need a ticket.
• Any child under the age of two does not need a ticket.
• Alumni Legacy Hooders do not need tickets.

We encourage graduates who are not using all of their allotted tickets to give to others in need. Please note that selling, buying, and/or reproducing Commencement tickets is strictly forbidden. 

If you need accommodated seating:

Special seating is provided for guests with disabilities or mobility impairments. To request a special seating ticket please submit your request here. Guests with a special seating ticket are allowed to enter the UIC Forum 15 minutes before the doors are scheduled to open to the general audience. Only ONE guest will be allowed to accompany a special seating guest. Submit your request by Friday, April 18.

The Chicago-Kent Commencement Ceremony will also be live-streamed via Chicago-Kent's YouTube channel. Please contact ckcommencement@kentlaw.iit.edu with any questions.
